You may use your purchased files and the free printables from The CreativiDee Workshop's website for your PERSONAL USE ONLY.  File sharing, distribution, reselling, and commercial use of any of these files released to you or of the printed materials from these files is PROHIBITED. By using this website and shop, you are agreeing to these terms.

SPECIFIC TERMS OF USE

Event Planners

  • You may use these files for your customer's party decorations and details, as part of the event planning services you provide for that specific date.

  • You MAY NOT redistribute, resell, or reuse the printed or digital files in any way.

  • ​You MAY NOT sell any printed materials from the files.

  • By purchasing from The CreativiDee Workshop, you accept the terms of this agreement.

Copyright

All designs, artwork, items, listings, and content included on The CreativiDee Workshop's website, Blog, and The CreativiDee Workshop Etsy Shop, such as graphics, logos, party collections, charts, routine cards, organizers, planners, prints, invitations, photo images and text, etc. are the property of ​The CreativiDee Workshop and Denise Awn. Property rights do NOT change if you have used Corjl to edit or personalize your items.

​These are protected by United States and International Copyright Laws unless otherwise stated.

Print Release

A print release will be sent to you via email for printing copyrighted material at a copy shop. You can also find a copy of this release HERE.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using http://www.creativideeworkshopcom ("the Site") operated by The CreativiDee Workshop, LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at http://www.creativideeworkshop.com.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The CreativiDee Workshop, LLC, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination
Your access to the Site may be terminated without cause or notice which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

This Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by The CreativiDee Workshop, LLC.

The CreativiDee Workshop, LLC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.  It is strongly advised for you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed under the laws of the state of Colorado, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes To This Agreement
The CreativiDee Workshop reserves the right, at any sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access, or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
